Croque Madame at the Museum of Decorative Art

On Saturday morning I finally could afford the pleasure of breakfast in Croque Madame, the restaurant / cafe at the Museum of Decorative Art (Liberator 1902, Recoleta).

I wanted to go to this place from long ago, when by chance I discovered in the Oil Guide, and the truth was everything I hoped. This is a French-style bistro located in the museum garden, thanks to the bars and the numerous trees that is surrounded by, Paris seems an oasis in the middle of Buenos Aires.

Obviously this adds to the classic building of the Museum of Decorative Art, which unfortunately could not enter but is maintained in a way that gives pleasure.

The truth the whole experience of eating there (the sun filtering through the trees, green and the many colors of flowers, French style building, Food presentation) is wonderful. Prices are not yet available but not super crazy unthinkable. A typical breakfast of coffee with croissants and orange juice squeezed out 13 weights and a salad, about 23.

Super recommended for a relaxing moment and especially for keeping a journal or a book and spend a couple of hours reading. For breakfast, no reservation needed, but for lunch I think so.
