I liked the winter collection Polychromático, perhaps not as shocking as the summer, but probably has to do with my preference for summer times (that make everything related to them more attractive to me).
While I still see specific references to American Apparel, I find it interesting that a brand is developing the look here in Buenos Aires, where things were a bit boring.
From this collection I liked mainly garments in black and white striped, los bodies (I can not believe I said that word super ochentera) and wearing a neck apply.
They say from the mark:
“The collection was inspired by two thematic: the imaginary future of the years '60s (that of the flying cars, space travel and the colonies on Mars), heroines, and science fiction films (Barbarella-Jane Fonda- or Agent Super Dragon Fly from the movie CQ). We assume the look futuristic-space imagined in the early '60s and '80s (geometric shapes, spot colors and metallic fabrics) and we add the expression of strong heroin, intelligent, ultra sexy and feminine in these films”.
"Someone must have been delighted with one of the hits of last season's American Apparel, the bicolor stockings? You have a choice in Buenos Aires, as did a pair of breeches like Polychromatico, lycra bright guy though for the most played.
At its launch from the brand had been told that his premise was to provide affordable, although I'm not sure if and this continues this season.
Polychromático sold in two stores in Caballito (Amala Pure Consciousness, Yerbal 1982) and Ramos Mejía (Evítame, Arieta 515). They also have a showroom in Palermo you can visit in advance by mail to coordinate contact@polychromatico.com.
Let them down the looks that I liked.
