Last Monday I went with a group of bloggers to the avant première of the film Coco Avant Chanel and I was absolutely obsessed with this woman.

It is impossible to understand what Gabrielle meant for the image of women in their early years. We are used to try to surprise the designers, but in a time when women accepted them imposed images, Chanel prompted a real revolution.

“Some people think luxury is the opposite of poverty. It is not. It is the opposite of vulgarity”. Chanel.

Coco changed all the assumptions applied to clothing before the 20s and smoothed the way for the liberation of women. Was, also, the promoter of ‘Simple Luxury ': That way of dressing that up today with the naked eye can separate the elegant women of the vulgar.

It was also a proud and stubborn than a source of poverty, he enjoyed a life of pleasure and wealth that seemed to not having been intended, but which came through his work and vision. This is very inspiring to me at times when the superficiality and vulgarity beset us from all sides and constantly.

There is too much to say about Chanel, but nothing is enough. That's why I just rescued some of the images were of the female model as a small tribute. If you care about her figure, go see Coco Avant Chanel is a must to understand a bit more about it.

Let them down a photo gallery of this amazing woman. And you can read a fuller discussion on the movie site Dolores Fancy.

Coco Chanel was a talented designer, I believe that not only designs its origanal, but that revolutionized fashion. person passing through many trials in life, those faced, learned, was overcome and became an icon of originality and elegance in the world…
example of life, dedication, will, and faith in oneself… Coco Chanel did not fashion… made style…
